Sign up & Register

1. Using your mouse, navigate to the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click on the "Login/Register" button.
3. On the box that appears, type in your email address and click continue.
4. Enter your details in the fields that appear on the next page.
5. Once you are happy that the details you have provided are correct, click the "create account" button at the bottom of the page.
6. You are now registered and ready to shop with Gemporia.

How to:

USE THE PRODUCT FILTER

1. On the top left of every product browsing page, you'll see a button labelled "Filter". Click it to open the filter menu.
2. Here you'll see categories you can pick from to refine your search.
3. Click each of the categories you'd like to narrow your search by and then choose an option from the drop-down menu that appears.
4. The "Price Range" option will reveal two slider circles so you can set your price range. Once decided, click "Update".
5. If you want to reset your search at any point, click the "Clear Filters" text.

How to:

Sort Your Results

1. You can click on this button to open a drop-down menu which you'll be able to organise your search results by specific parameters.
2. The "Price Low To High" and "Price High To Low" search will show your results with the most affordable items first with increasing prices as you navigate down the page, or vice versa the most expensive pieces first with prices decreasing as you scroll/navigate down the page.
3. You can also sort your search by relevance, age (since the item first became available), and by feedback rating too.
4. Click your preferred choice, and the page will rearrange your search results for you.

How to:

Change Currency & Language

1. If you wish to change the currency,country or shipping destination you can do this by navigating to the flag icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen just to the right of the search bar.
2. In the preference box that then appears, you'll be able to use the drop-down menu to select your preferred shipping destination,currency and also pick the language you would like the website to be displayed in.
3. Once you have made your selections, click "Continue" and everything on the website will be displayed as requested.

BUY FROM OUR LIVE CHANNELS

1. If you are watching one of our channels on the website, then you will see several pieces underneath the video feed that you can add to your basket.
2. The only difference you may see on this page is that certain items are labelled as "Pre-Order". If you see a design being previewed on TV and would immediately like to reserve a piece, to do so you can click the "Add To Basket" button.
3. You also have the ability to add items both from the website and our live TV page to the same basket and pay for them in one transaction. For additonal information visit our how our auctions work page.

Add to Your Basket

1. Once you've chosen the item that you would like to purchase, select the "Add To Basket" button displayed next to the item.
2. If you are buying something with a size variant, you will need to select your choice of size before you can proceed. This will appear as a drop-down menu.
3. If you have finished shopping, you can then click the button again, which will now read "Proceed To Checkout".
4. Your shopping basket can be located in the top right of your screen and when clicking on the basket icon it will open a side panel in which it gives you the option to continue shopping or to check out.

Successfully checkout

1. Following the above steps will bring you to the checkout page.
2. When you're happy, proceed to click the "Checkout" button located to the bottom right of the page.
3. When on the checkout page, check to make sure that your delivery and billing addresses are correct and select your preferred payment method. On the right-hand side of this page, you can also choose from the two types of delivery options we offer (standard or premium), and apply any discount codes or gift voucher codes you may have.
4. If the item being purchased is for a gift then you have the option to tick the box labelled gift receipt just above the "Pay Securely Now" button.

How to:

Paying for your items

1. You can select a saved card and then procced to click "Pay Securely" to complete your order.
2. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page. Follow the instructions to complete your order, after which you will be returned to the our website.
3. To add a new card, click the "Pay Securely Now" button to be taken to the card details screen. Once you have entered your new card details, you can proceed to click "Pay Now".
4. A confirmation screen will now appear with the details of your order once you have paid and an email order confirmation will be sent through.
5. All you need to do now is look forward to receiving your beautiful items.
